It is 2 PM on a July afternoon in Riyadh. The dashboard of your car read 47°C on the drive home, and the moment you walk through the door, you feel it: the villa is warm. You press the remote. The indoor unit hums, the fan spins, and it pushes out air that is barely cooler than a hair dryer. In this city, an AC breakdown is not an inconvenience. It is a race against the heat.
This is exactly the call we get hundreds of times every month. And it is why SheelTalab built its entire operation around same-day AC repair in Riyadh, with a 45-minute rapid dispatch, certified technicians, and genuine parts on every van, so most
breakdowns are diagnosed and fixed in a single visit.

What Counts as an AC Emergency (and What Can Wait)
Not every AC problem needs a technician at your door within the hour. Here is how to tell the difference:
Call for emergency AC repair right away if:
- The AC is blowing warm or no air at all, indoor temperatures climb fast and can become unsafe for children, the elderly, and pets.
- You smell burning, gas, or chemicals, turn the unit off at the breaker and call immediately. Electrical burning smells can signal a failing motor or wiring fault.
- Water is leaking through the ceiling or walls, a clogged condensate drain can damage paint, gypsum ceilings, and furniture within hours.
- The breaker trips repeatedly, this points to a compressor or electrical fault. Do not keep resetting it.
- Loud grinding, screeching, or banging noises, a failing compressor or fan motor can cause cascading damage if it keeps running.
These can usually wait for a scheduled visit:
- A remote control that needs new batteries or re-pairing.
- Mild dust odor when the unit first turns on after months of disuse.
- A unit that cools fine but runs slightly louder than usual.
- Routine maintenance or a deep chemical wash to restore cooling performance.
What Our 45-Minute Dispatch Actually Means
Many companies in Riyadh advertise “fast service” and then show up the next day. Our promise is specific and operational: from the moment you confirm your booking, a fully stocked service van is dispatched from the nearest of our hubs in North and East Riyadh, with a target arrival of 45 minutes, anywhere in the city.
Here is what makes that possible:
- City-wide hub coverage, vans positioned across Riyadh, not a single workshop on the outskirts.
- Vans stocked with genuine parts, capacitors, contactors, fan motors, thermostats, copper fittings, and refrigerant cylinders ride with the technician, so around 9 out of 10 repairs finish in the first visit.
- Licensed, certified technicians, trained on every major brand: LG, Samsung, Daikin, Gree, Carrier, O’General, and all major central systems.
- 24/7 availability, ACs do not respect business hours. Neither do we.
Our Step-by-Step Same-Day Repair Process
Step 1: Call and instant diagnosis booking
Call 920084252 or 0570328344 and describe the symptoms. Our dispatcher assigns the nearest available van and gives you a live arrival window, usually within 45 minutes.
Step 2: Professional diagnosis with digital gauges
On arrival, the technician inspects the indoor and outdoor units and runs full diagnostics, digital manifold gauges for refrigerant pressure, electrical testing for capacitors and contactors, airflow and thermostat checks.
Step 3: Transparent, upfront quote, before any work begins
You receive a clear fixed quote with parts and labor itemized. No work starts until you approve the price.
Step 4: On-the-spot repair
With genuine parts on the van, most repairs are completed in 30–60 minutes: capacitor swaps, contactor replacement, fan motor changes, thermostat fixes, and leak-tested freon refills.
Step 5: Testing, digital receipt, and warranty activation
We test cooling performance before we pack up. You receive a digital receipt and your repair is covered by our 30-day golden warranty.
Common Same-Day Fixes We Handle
- Failed capacitors, the #1 cause of “fan runs but compressor won’t start.”
- Burnt contactors and relays, electrical components that fail under heavy summer loads.
- Outdoor fan motors, when the condenser fan dies, the whole system overheats and shuts down.
- Thermostat and sensor faults, erratic cycling or never reaching temperature.
- Freon top-up after a proper leak test, we find the leak with electronic detection, seal it, then recharge.
- Clogged filters and coils, restored with our deep chemical wash.
